Founder Bio
Cody Kazakoff is the Founder and Managing Director of CTK Global Solutions, an independent strategic development and advisory firm specializing in cannabis and industrial hemp.
With more than two decades of operational experience spanning cultivation, production, mechanization and commercial development, he works with governments, producers, processors, investors and industry partners to support the growth of commercially sustainable cannabis and hemp industries.
Earlier in his career, he worked with a Canadian licensed cannabis producer involved in
one of the country’s most recognized outdoor cultivation programs. During that time, he was directly involved in the design, implementation, and operation of large-scale outdoor cannabis cultivation systems integrating mechanized agricultural techniques with commercial production.
These cultivation systems supported seasonal outdoor production programs ranging from approximately 40,000 kilograms to over 150,000 kilograms of high-quality cannabis, demonstrating the scale and efficiency achievable through modern agricultural production models.
Through this experience, Kazakoff developed a strong focus on industrial cannabis agriculture — the application of modern agricultural practices, scalable cultivation systems, and production infrastructure designed to support commercial cannabis production at global scale.
Today, Cody's work extends beyond cultivation and production systems into strategic development, international market access, value chain development and commercial partnerships across Canada, Europe, South Africa and other emerging markets.
